  Note: separate requests must be submitted for event set-up, landscaping and groundskeeping, electrical support

IT and audiovisual support

• Submit an IT ticket to the UBC Self Service Portal

Catering and alcohol service

• Scholar’s Catering (delivery and full-service catering on campus including alcohol service)
• Other options for alcohol service require you to follow provincial regulations:
  • Special Event Permit (Government of British Columbia)
  • Serving it Right  (Government of British Columbia)

Did you book enough time? All space bookings that require Facilities, Food Services and Custodial Services must add a minimum of one hour to the front-end of your booking time and a minimum of one hour to the back-end of your booking time for set-up and take-down.
